Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 3–10 working days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns where items have been used, modified, damaged after delivery or are not returned in a resaleable condition.
